Upon acceptance of the reservation form we will send you an e-mail confirming the lodging availability and a Reservation Code number for payment reference.

In the event of unavailability you will receive an alternative accommodation proposal, equivalent in typology and price.

The payment of the amount will ensure you the requested accommodation and it must take place within the deadline - as indicated in the confirmation - according to the following diagram:

If payments are not made within the above-said terms, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

The payment is made - upon receiving the Confirmation and Reservation Code number - in compliance with three formalities: credit card, bank credit transfer, Western Union.

Further useful details, relative to making the payments, will be provided for you along with the Confirmation.

Credit card (payment on line)
VISA and MASTER CARD are accepted. The payment takes place thanks to a safe transaction of the Sella Bank.

Bank Credit Transfer
Payments by bank credit transfer are accepted only by European Union Nations.
Upon the accommodation’s confirmation we will communicate to you the account number under which you may enter the bank credit transfer.

Western Union
To send money by Western Union:

• check for the nearest Mail box office by free toll number of Western Union or visit www.westernunion.com
• go to the Mail box office with an identity card and fill a form
• pay the amount to send plus the transfer service price
• send us an e-mail with the reference number by Western Union

The cancellation foresees, in any event, payment deductions from the total amount of the reservation:
